USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES-REGULATIONS

 

 

The following guidelines are established for the guidance of those who use public school facilities:

 

1.

No ball games are to be played on Sunday morning or on Wednesday and Sunday nights after 6:00 p.m.

 

2.

No inning may begin after 11:30 p.m

 

3.

Participating teams must be responsible for cleaning the ball park area after the final games each night.

 

4.

Each ball park should have one person designated as director or coordinator of the activities in that park. Schedules should be made by that person and copies made available to the principal of that particular school.

 

5.

The School Board will not bear the cost of electricity for night games.

 

6.

No tournament will be scheduled for personal gain by any individual.

 

LEASE HOLDERS

 

The Grant Parish School Board encourages all lease holders to abide by the following:

 

1.

Dispose of all garbage, including paper, cans, bottles, waste materials, and rubbish by removal from the camp area to parish garbage containers.

 

2.

Destroying, defacing, or removing any natural features of a camp site is prohibited.

 

3.

Selling or offering for sale any merchandise without the consent of the School Board is prohibited.

 

4.

Use firearms with extreme caution.

 

5.

Refrain from activities that would disturb neighbors.

 

6.

Erect structures that meet minimum safety standards.

 

7.

Drive motor vehicles at a safe speed in the camp site areas.

 

8.

No lease for a commercial establishment can be granted without prior approval of the School Board.
